Since when is an animal's life more precious then a humans? Don't get me wrong, it was horrible that those dogs were killed, quite tragic. Donte Stallworth was driving under the influence and killed Mario Reyes, a father, a husband, and the brea winner for the family.
This is wrong on so many levels.
